We offer same day delivery throughout the Byron Shire.

To ensure same day delivery on your flowers and plants please complete your order by 11am. If you have any questions about delivery or if you have missed our cutoff time please call our store and we will do our best to arrange last minute delivery options for you +61 0407721317‬

All deliveries are performed by a courier company so please double check the address and contact details you have provided as flowers/plants that cannot be delivered due to an address error will incur a second fee for re delivery.

In the event that the recipient is not home your flowers will be left in water in a cool, safe place.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?

If the recipient isn't home we will leave your order in the shade in a safe location. Sometimes we are unable to gain access through gates, or there might be an aggressive dog etc, that prevents us from leaving the order if no one is home. In this case we will call the recipient or yourself for further instruction Failing that, the order will be brought back to Haven and we will contact you about redelivery. Redelivery will incurr an additional delivery fee.

How long does it take for flowers to be delivered?

If you're after same day delivery and you place your order by 12 noon, your glorious flowers or green gift will be received by the recipient in the afternoon, and most definitely be 6pm. If you required an earlier, or specific delivery time please give us a call and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
If you need your flowers delivered on the same day and it's after lunch, please call us and again we will do our best to accomodate you.

Our flowers are getting delivered all day, everyday (except Sundays!)
