RETURNS

 

At Haven Botanical we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item, within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund or exchange (see exchange section of details). If the 14 days has passed since your purchase we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned in original condition with all tags, labels etc attached. Please note that we cannot accept the return of sale items, books, body products or perishable items such as plants or flowers. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We suggest sending you item/s via a traceable method and retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

Please email us, along with your details and tracking number, at hello@havenbotanical.com.au. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your return and post to 59A Burringbar Street, Mullumbimby, NSW, 2482.  Return postage costs are your expense.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return, along with proof of purchased, is received and approved we will send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund. Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-5 business days. Please note that Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Exchanges are only offered if your item is deemed faulty or damaged. Please email us at hello@havenbotanical.com.au to arrange the return of the defective item and redelivery of a replacement.
